I’m Kara Pernice, a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) providing personalized, evidence-based lactation support to families in North Fulton and the surrounding Atlanta area.

I support families through pregnancy and postpartum with practical guidance, hands-on care, and realistic feeding plans designed to meet each family where they are — whether support is needed in-home, in-office, or virtually.
