A Postpartum Village • Beginning Early 2026
North Fulton Mom's Feeding Group
Early motherhood is powerful, beautiful, disorienting—and often deeply isolating. Humans are not meant to navigate this season alone. Research and recent reporting continue to show that parents thrive when they have meaningful, in-person support, shared experience, and community.

The North Fulton Lactation Moms Group was created to intentionally build that village here in our community—outside of social media, grounded in real connection, expert support, and honest conversation.

Why This Group Exists
As an IBCLC, I see every day how much parents benefit from connection—not just education, but the shared wisdom and reassurance that comes from sitting with other women in the same season of life.
This group exists to create space for the conversations that don’t always fit into a one-on-one visit. The ups and downs. The uncertainty. The identity shift. The relief of realizing you’re not the only one feeling this way. This is a place to be seen, supported, and reminded that you don’t have to do this alone.

Who This Group is For
This six-week series is designed for mothers in the first six months postpartum, but is open to any mom looking for support during this tender and intense season. Babies attend with moms. Feeding in any form during group is encouraged.
Come exactly as you are—unshowered, wearing yesterday’s clothes, smelling like sour milk. However you arrive is welcomed.

Six-week series
New groups will begin every six weeks, with additional groups added as the program grows. Spots are limited to preserve the small-group experience.
Small Group by Design
Groups are intentionally limited to 8 mom–baby dyads.
Smaller groups foster trust, safety, deeper conversation, and meaningful connection—allowing each participant to feel supported while learning from others in the room. Research consistently shows that postpartum peer support improves emotional well-being, reduces isolation, increases parental confidence, and supports feeding outcomes. Mothers do better when they are supported by other mothers—and when professional guidance is woven into that space.

This group blends clinical expertise with the power of shared experience to help you feel more grounded, capable, and connected.
